Very friendly and professional

I can't recommend Majestic's service too highly! They took an ageing but well-loved rug from us and made it look like new. We will definitely use them again!

I inherited some rugs from my mother, neither of which had been cleaned in many years. Majestic Carpets did an amazing job - what I thought to be two similarly-coloured rugs turned out to be quite different! Not only do the colours pop, now, but they feel great underfoot, as the pile is so high. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others - the service was great, and the results speak for themselves. I'll be using them again.

The collection and return of the rugs was a very smooth and friendly process. The repairs to both rugs look fantastic and have made the wool one stronger. Excellent Rug Cleaning Work!! Majestic carpets were professional and efficient and did great work. Their customer service is very good and they are extremely helpful. I had a very good experience, everything turned out great for me, so I would absolutely recommend them to future customers. They did a fantastic job!
